I have resorted to buying my parents and in-laws kitchen or household appliances year after year, because it’s things they normally wouldn’t purchase for themselves.

  1. Hoselink – I have raved about this retractable hose reel from Hoselink to everyone. It’s life changing and my backyard plants thank me for keeping them alive and thriving this year. I never knew how much fun watering my garden would be and how much joy a hose reel would bring me in 2023.
  2. Tineco – I picked this wet mop vacuum up during the Prime sale over the summer. I cannot believe the disgusting water that I empty out each time I use this (weekly). I am embarrassed to say I didn’t mop all that often because it was a pain in the tush and I can’t believe the dust and grime on the floors. This vacuum/mop is so easy to use. I already bought my mom one for Christmas this year.
  3. Bird Buddy – I’ve been targeted hard on this smart bird feeder, but I think it would be such a good gift for someone who is constantly checking things like how much energy their solar panels produce, whether or not their cars are plugged-in and charging, etc. I think it would bring such joy.
  4. Knives + Block Set – I bought this set of knives and stand earlier this year and have really enjoyed them. They slice like butter. I like that the set only includes the essentials because that’s all I really use.
  5. Car Cup Holder Tray – After our recent car trip, I could have really used one of these to hold snacks and food on-the-go.
  6. Neck Massager – This neck and back massager has over 55,783 positive ratings. Includes heat and would be great for muscle pain relief at home or on-the-go.
  7. Little Green Machine – I’ve shared this over and over since I’ve gotten it because it’s a little powerhouse cleaner that’s great to have around. I started cleaning my mattress… who knew?
  8. Couch Caddy – My parents love their recliners and having snacks and drinks nearby, so I thought this couch caddy would be a great gift for them. Thinking you might know someone in your life that could use one, too.
  9. Headlamps – I’m all about the practical and useful gifts, so headlamps are high on that list. My dad uses this for lots of things like grilling, fixing his bike, etc. Comes in handy now that the days are shorter and it gets dark much earlier.
